Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh fruit strawberries, blueberries, seedless grapes, or diced mango
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt Greek yogurt recommended
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • 2 tablespoons crushed nuts shredded coconut, or granola (optional topping)

Equipment

  • 1 Baking Sheet
  • 1 Parchment Paper
  • 1 Mixing Bowl for the yogurt coating

Method
 

  1. Wash fruit thoroughly and pat completely dry.
  2. Cut larger fruit into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a small bowl, mix yogurt with honey or maple syrup until smooth.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Group 2-4 pieces of fruit together, dip or spoon yogurt mixture over them to coat and stick together.
  6. Place clusters on the lined baking sheet, spaced apart.
  7. Sprinkle toppings over the clusters while yogurt is still soft.
  8. Freeze for at least 2 hours until completely firm.
  9. Transfer to an airtight container or freezer bag for storage.

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm fruit for best texture — overripe fruit releases too much liquid.
  • Store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
  • Best served straight from the freezer.
